Yesterday was the 40th anniversary of man (uh, the United States) landing on the moon. I remember vividly watching the landing at my grandparents’ home and being enthralled with it, including running outside to see if we could even see the moon.
About a year ago I was approached in the Los Angeles International Airport by a man who wanted a photograph and autograph. Shortly after letting his friend take the photograph he launched into a diatribe about how the attacks of 9/11 were faked. I promptly walked away.
There’s just no sense in wasting any time with 9/11 truthers. Buzz Aldrin, who has walked on the moon, ran into a moon-landing-denier and had all he could take.
Buzz Aldrin should meet Rosie O’Donnell.
